Our Miralis Production Unit (MPU) guarantees reliable, efficient, and cost-effective insulation of your wall systems.
By integrating our MPU into the production process, you can offer factory-insulated wall systems from a single source at an attractive price.

Production for precast concrete parts
1. Inserting
The Miralis mineral foam insulation is produced in the patented production machine and then applied to the wall system.
2. Drying & further processing
After a drying time of around 45 minutes, the facing formwork can be applied and the wall system can be further processed.
3. Finished wall system
The wall system is complete once the load-bearing shell has been applied.

Production for bricks & lightweight concrete blocks
1. Insertion
The MIRALIS MINERAL FOAM INSULATION is produced in the patented MPU and then applied directly into the bricks or lightweight concrete blocks.
2. Drying and further processing
After a short drying time, the brick or lightweight concrete block is brushed off and further processed.
3. Finishing
The insulated bricks or lightweight concrete blocks can then be sold individually or further processed into a complete wall system.
